As the nights draw in closer, take yourself away for a 24-hour retreat at Babington House, a Soho House country estate set in 18 acres of Somerset’s rolling hills. 

This retreat combines evidence-based nutrition with functional movement from sibling duo, registered nutritionist, Kristy Coleman and specialist boxing coach and founder of OBX, Alex Hibberd.

By the end of your stay, you will feel empowered with knowledge on the foundations of good nutrition, how to look after your gut and why and the importances of movement. You will leave feeling energised and refreshed (maybe with sore muscles!).

Two functional movement fitness classes from boxing coach, Alex Hibberd, focusing on boxing skills and drills (Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning) – no prior experience necessary but guaranteed to get muscles working you never thought you had!
