Hello, I'm Kristy. I'm a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut health. My mission is to use the latest evidence-based nutrition and my clinical experience to guide and help you to support your health and wellbeing.
After many years trying to juggle a demanding job as a solicitor in central London, I no longer had the drive I once had and felt completely exhausted. Instead of turning up the volume, as I always did, I decided to take a step back and look at what I could do to get back to my old self. I grew up in a very sporty family, with two brothers and a mother who always cooked homemade food. I went back to basics and became fascinated with how nutrition and physical activity can support wellbeing. It was through diet that I gradually started to gain energy, felt more focused than ever and regained that feeling of wellbeing. Nutrition fascinated me so much that I set about changing career and retrained as a Nutritional Therapist.
My belief is that with the right information and willingness, positive changes in nutrition and lifestyle can support our health and wellbeing.
